History

Throughout its history, the Tower of London has seen many famous prisoners, including Anne Boleyn, Sir Thomas More, and Guy Fawkes. It also housed the Crown Jewels until they were moved to the Jewel House in the 18th century.
Architecture

In 1662, the Tower of London was used as a public zoo, and the menagerie was moved to the nearby Regent’s Park in 1835.
