Enable’s Record-Breaking Win in 2018
In 2018, the British filly Enable became the first horse to win the Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe twice, after winning the race in 2017. She also became the first horse to win the ‘Arc’ three times, having won the Breeders’ Cup Turf in 2017. Enable’s victory in 2018 was particularly remarkable, as she was the first horse to win the ‘Arc’ after competing in the Breeders’ Cup. She was ridden to victory by jockey Frankie Dettori, who has won the ‘Arc’ seven times in total.
