Architecture and Design

The SWFC was designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox and developed by Mori Building Company. It is a mixed-use skyscraper, composed of offices, hotels, conference rooms, observation decks, and shopping malls. It has a total floor area of 380,000 m2 (4,090,000 sq ft). The design features a triangular shape, which tapers as it rises. The building is composed of three sections, each of which is divided into nine sections.
