Learn How to Make Saks Returns Hassle-Free

Saks Returns – It’s important to know what you can do if you need to return something you bought from Saks. It’s easy to return items to Saks, but there are a few things you should keep in mind.

Returns Policy

Saks offers free returns on all purchases made in store or online. The returns policy is as follows:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase
  • Items must be in their original condition and packaging
  • Certain items such as jewelry, watches, and swimwear are not eligible for return
  • Items purchased from Saks OFF 5TH are not eligible for return to Saks Fifth Avenue stores

Returning In Store

If you made your purchase in store, you can return it to any Saks Fifth Avenue store. You must bring the original sales receipt and the credit card used for the purchase. You may be asked to show a valid ID.

Returning Online

If you made your purchase online, you can return it by mail. You must include the original sales receipt and the credit card used for the purchase. You may also be asked to include a return form with your return.

Items must be returned to the address below within 30 days of purchase:

  • PO Box 1377
  • Carol Stream, IL 60132

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, you can do so in store or by mail. If exchanging by mail, you must include the original sales receipt and the credit card used for the purchase. You may also be asked to include a return form with your exchange.

Once your exchange is received and inspected, a replacement item will be sent to you. If a replacement item is not available, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
